Googling did not help. I just reformatted my dell pc and also installed firefox 3.(Windows xp-sp3) Problem; Whenever I scroll down a page in firefox as well as in windows the page moves up and down in sevsral wave motions. Can someone please tell me how to grt back to the other way. PS> I tried smooth scrolling in firefox setup but it did nothing. Thanks in advance.

When you reinstalled Windows, did you install the drivers for your graphics system? Check the Dell website for new drivers, and instructions on how to install them.
