Hello, I haven't been here in a while! Good to be back! 
Ok, I recently got a new Dell laptop, and I love it! But a problem has been occuring a lot lately and it is really starting to get on my nerves!!
I have Windows Vista, Home Premium Edition.
Ok, the problem is that whenever I try to convert songs into AAC, during the process, i-Tunes stopps working, and I need to close i-Tunes. Or sometimes when I am adding songs to my i-Pod, such as the new Linkin Park album, when I try to add them onto the i-Pod using i-Tunes, it stops responding.
Can anyone help me on this? It would be greatly appreciated!
