hi, im actually getting help with some malware, however, the what thetech site wont let me in!!

i dont seem to have a password, so , i requested a new one, and it never arrives, ever. ive signed in using my g/fs email.

this is my thread, i hope it doesnt get closed, as i havent got my machine fixed yet.
