Ran Kaspersky, Panda, Ad Aware, and Spybot and all came back clean. Found out the battery gauge on the laptop was causing the Rundll32 error, so I disabled. A simple file was missing from Microsoft Money that I put back in the folder, so that's working now. Installed IE 7 and SP 3. Computer is running like it was brand new. No error messages or slow downs of any type. It was my father's laptop, so he needed it back asap for business. He has it now, but if there is anything else I needed to do to it, I can get to it. If not, thank you very much for your time and effort. I would've been lost without Abydos and anyone else who contributed with the help (not sure of the names). This forum is excellent!
