someone help me im computer stupid. my wife and kids download stuff and now i have zinaps and some message in the taskbar that says your computer is infected. cant get on myspace or some free online game sites please help

and follow all the directions carefully. When you post your HJT log please be sure to paste it in the correct place (not here in this subforum please)
The malware removal experts over there are pretty busy at the moment, but they will get to your post as soon as they can and then will provide you will detailed and specific instructions on exactly how you should proceed to clean your machine.
When your machine is clean they will also give you a wealth of information on how to keep it clean and will also provide you with an overview of "how you got infected"
Please post back here in this thread if you have any questions, as once you have posted your HJT log it is best not to follow it up with another post there, until you have received a response …(the malware fighters look first for HJT logs with Zero responses.)
