my pc hard disk seems to be working at around 1-4 am everyday even when i am not doing anything on it. it sounds like somthing is accessing it and when i try surf or do work on it the whole system would just grind to a halt.

i am also unable to download the latest update from Microsoft. i keep getting a script error notification.

my pc also seems to boot up really slowly. when Windows has finish logging it takes about 5 minutes before i can even do anything to it.

here i enclose my hijack this log file and startup list file.

i really hope you guys can help me. i've been trying all sort of fixes but to no avail.

i'm running norton anti-virus corporate edition and avg free edition. i have windows defender it too can't get update from microsoft, i'm using a legit copy of windows.

your coorperation and help is highly appreciated. thank you.

yours truly
