Hello, I have something on my computer. I have been helped by WhatTheTech recently and it was great! At the end, they had me download Scotty, a little dog in my bottom right corner that tries to help me with my startup programs. He keeps popping up and asking me if I want these programs to be running on startup. I don't want them, but he keeps asking me over and over. I also have on my desktop background a message telling me that I have spyware installed on my computer and asking me to click to install something to fix it. I know I shouldn't click there, but I don't know what I should do to get rid of my problem. I will post a Malwarebytes log and a HijackThis log here. Please help me! Thanks!

1 - Scan With ComboFix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says -

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

Please continue as follows -

• Close/Disable all anti-virus and anti-malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  
• Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

2 - Get Firewall and AntiVirus Status
Please go to Start, Run, type wscui.cpl into the box and hit <Enter>.
Tell me if it reports both AntiVirus and Firewall as ON, and then click on the little down arrows on the right of each, and note the name of the application being used for each.
In your reply please include the application names and ON/OFF status of each.

3 - Status Check
