You are running two Anti Virus programs.
You are operating your computer with multiple Anti Virus Norton Internet Security, that has a Antivirus and AVG 7.5:

Anti-virus programs take up an enormous amount of your computer's resources when they are actively scanning your computer. Having two anti-virus programs running at the same time can
cause your computer to run very slow, become unstable and even, in rare cases, crash, it does no good having two AV's running.

Please go into the setting of one and stop it's realtime protection, or uninstall one.

You are running a P2P filesharing programme.

uTorrent

  • Many of these programmes come with unwanted components bundled with them.
  • If you wish to find out whether the one you're using does click here.
Please note: Even if you are using a "safe" P2P programme, it is only the programme that is safe. You will be sharing files from uncertified sources, and these are often infected. The bad guys use P2P filesharing as a major conduit to spread their wares.
I'd like you to read the Guidelines for P2P Programs where we explain why it's not a good idea to have them
http://forum.malware...c8d24e3e96420cc
Remember, no matter how clean the program you're using for peer-to-peer filesharing may be, it offers no guarantees regarding the cleanliness of files you may choose to download.
All files available via p2p filesharing carry a high risk, particularly those that offer you illegitimate methods of using legitimate software programs without paying for them.
Any program or file that offers you the ability to access non-freeware programs at no cost, e.g., pirated software and/or cracks/key generators for gaining access to legitimate software, is 100% guaranteed to contain malware.

An often unanticipated and unintended consequence of using p2p programs is that you may be leaving your computer open to access by others without your knowledge or consent.

NOTE: Under no circumstances should you use p2p filesharing while I am assisting you in ridding your computer of malware.
My recommendation is you uninstall it.

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer. This is a two step process.
We will disable it until the machine is clean when it can be re-enabled.

First step:
  • Right-click the Spybot Icon in the System Tray (looks like a blue/white calendar with a padlock symbol)
  • If you have the new version 1.5, Click once on Resident Protection, then Right click the Spybot icon again and make sure Resident Protection is now Unchecked. The Spybot icon in the System tray should now be now colorless.
  • If you have Version 1.4, Click on Exit Spybot S&D Resident
Second step, For Either Version :
  • Open Spybot S&D
  • Click Mode, choose Advanced Mode
  • Go To the bottom of the Vertical Panel on the Left, Click Tools
  • then, also in left panel, click Resident shows a red/white shield.
  • If your firewall raises a question, say OK
  • In the Resident protection status frame, Uncheck the box labeled Resident "Tea-Timer"(Protection of over-all system settings) active
  • OK any prompts.
  • Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
  • Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.
Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

Disable MS Defender until the computer is clean

- Open Windows Defender
- Select Tools and then General Settings
- Under Real Time Protection Options uncheck Turn on real-time protection
- Select Save
Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

  • Go to Start > Control Panel
  • Double click on the User Account icon
  • Then click Disable and validate.
  • Now download Navilog1 from the following link:
  • Right click on the above link and choose Save target as and save it to your Desktop.
  • Right-click on navilog1.exe and choose "Run as Administrator" to install it.
  • Wait for the end of installation.

Now run Option 1

Make sure the UAC-User Account Control is turned off.
  • Right-click Navilog1 shortcut on Desktop and choose "Run as Administrator".
  • On main menu, choose 1
  • Follow the instructions and wait.
  • Wait for the Search completed message (It may take a reasonable amount of time)
  • Press any key as requested.
  • A new notepad document will be produced: fixnavi.txt.
  • Please copy/paste the contents of this report in your next reply.
The report fixnavi.txt is also saved in %systemdrive%. (usually C:\)

Please Run CCleaner which you have installed

Run CCleaner

Double click CCleaner icon on desktop
Click on Run Cleaner
Confirm to delete

Now close CCleaner

  • Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and save it to a convenient location.
  • right click on mbam-setup.exe and Run as administrator to install it.
  • Before clicking the Finish button, make sure that these 2 boxes are checked (ticked):
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
      Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware will now check for updates. If your firewall prompts, please allow it. If you can't update it, select the Update tab. Under Update Mirror, select one of the websites and click on Check for Updates.
  • Select the Scanner tab. Click on Perform full scan, then click on Scan.
  • Leave the default options as it is and click on Start Scan.
  • When done, you will be prompted. Click OK, then click on Show Results.
  • Checked (ticked) all items and click on Remove Selected.
  • After it has removed the items, Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply. You can also find the log in the Logs tab. The bottom most log is the latest.

1.Download and Run combofix

For information regarding Combofix, please visit this webpage:
http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix

Download this file from one of the three below listed places and place it at your DESKTOP

Link 1
Link 2
Link 3

2. right click on combofix.exe and Run as administrator & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan.
They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Note: Combofix should not be used without supervision

Right click HJT and run Run as administrator to scan a new log once all above is done.

Please post back
fixnavi.txt Log
New HJT Log
Combofix Log
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Log
