startpage changed permanently to http//10.0.0.1:2033/zCfgPPP.html and It is not possible to change this web address. The net access and network is running ok.

I suspect this to be some kind of rootkit problem but I do not know how to solve this while not being on the net? (am at a neighbours house to report this issue)
