Homepage Changes - Hijacked?

My homepage changes to: www.searchdirs.com whenever I reboot. I finally got frustrated changing it every time and noticed an "uninstall" button toward the bottom. When I clicked on that, I got a virus that my computer says can't be repaired. that virus is MHTMLRedir.Exploit.
I have the log from hijackthis which I'll post below.
Can anyone help???

Could you click here to download CWShredder by Merijn Bellekom and run it, hit 'fix' as opposed to 'scan only'. Reboot when done.

CWS installs via the byte verifier exploit in MS JavaVM - just surfing a page with an infected applet can install it with no user participation. So once you’ve run CWShredder, it is vitally important that you go here, click Scan for updates in the main frame, and download and install all CRITICAL updates recommended.

Then create a new folder called C:\HijackThis, extract the HijackThis.exe file from the zip file into the new folder and run it from there. This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here so that any remnants can be removed manually.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':
