[Closed] Explorer running slow - won't redirect to webpage

Hi- Laptop runs good until I attempt to surf. It won't redirect to any page. Hangs and won't open page. Attempted to perform Microsoft updates, no can do! I uninstalled IE and reinstalled, same issue. Ran spybot same issue. Please help. Thanks!!!!
