So i got this virus a couple of days ago and can't seem to get rid of it. Norton seems to find all the files but one or 2 and when it quarentines the virus all it describes the virus as is "Downloader" and i try to delete it from there and it says its deleted but if i run another scan it still finds more of the virus. the only thing it seems to be affecting is my internet explorer. i try to open internet explorer and it just sits there for a minute with the hour glass and then says it is not responding so i have no internet access on my computer (i'm obviously on anthoer one now). i tihnk i have found a file of the the virus but when i try to delete it it makes EVERYTHING "not responding" and clears everything on my desktop (icons, toolbar, stuff like that) and the only thing on my screen is the background. the file is C:\WINDOWS\Temp\tmp1.tmp (if that is of any help). Thanks
