How can I track?

Hi everyone? How do I go about tracking and seeing if anyone is using my computer to log into a chat session? MSN, YAHOO or AOL.... Is it in temporary internet files or some other folder? Thanks for all your help. Paul

I believe you can do that with Event Viewer.

well that depends, how do you want to track it? do you want to track just the base messengers? or any and all?
