for less than a week now, we have been getting pop ups of advertisments, which i thought was just normal, and then i just realized that there was a real problem when our homepage cannot be changed anymore. it keeps on coming back to the www.mbuscas.com... i tried delteingcookies, changing it back to google but it still keeps on doing it. then we ran mcaffee security center and it didt find anything. we ran windows defender also on safe mode and it said it was working normally.
i dont want to reinstall the os... this is a new pc. please help e. i don even know if i got the intructions correct on how you can help me. but this is the logthat i got from my notepad: hope u can help me asap:
