Hi,

I am working on a Win 2000 system with Office XP installed (not my idea). with AVG Anti-virus and Spybot. There is a strange little colorful icon that has appeared in the systray and it seems to have appeared out of nowhere. When I hover over it with the mouse, it says "Downloading Updates 0%", and does not respond to right or left clicking for more info. I am bewildered and hoping someone smarter than me can help. I ran a hijackthis log and have posted the results below, but I am not sure what is safe to delete, or if anything here could be related to the mystery icon. Thanks in advance for all responses.
