I hope the info that I have posted below will help. I have downloaded hijackthis let me know what other tools I will need to clean it up. :pullhair: 1. I have a dell inspiron 1501 2. Windows XP 3. Trial Version spydoctor 4. Symantec Problem 1. After reboot all icon and toolbars go away. 2. If I have spydoctor up icons and toolbar come up but I can not get on the internet unless in safe mode.
