Greetings to All Users in trouble and their Saviours

Hi All, I am an ex-Senior Systems Analyst having worked in Operations/Programming/Telecomms, Application Management and Network Performance for 23 years. Unfortunately I broke my neck (playing Rugby) and had numerous operations over the last 20 years and am lacking in in-depth knowledge and am a little rusty/out-of-date with regards to the everyday PCs. I appear to have a problem(s) on my PC but can't be certain that I have narrowed it down to exactly what is causing it. It looks as though a couple of HKEYs have been altered but would appreciate some help to determine exact cause and solution. I have run 'HighJackThis' and have attached it to this mail.
