Hello, I have a specific problem: CA Anti-Virus has detected that MsnMsgr.exe is infected with Win32/VMalum.BXRF. The file has been quarantined and cannot be cleaned, hence I can't use MSN Messenger :(. How would I go about removing the infection while restoring MSN? I was in the process of preparing an HJT log, and I've just this moment realized that Windows Installer seems to have been damaged as well: I can't even open HJT! It asks me which program I want to use to run it…I tried using WinRar, but it says the file is in an unknown format. THis has never happened before. :wall:. Please help.
