ok so im new to this site and im hoping that i can get some assistance here… but im a 26 year old girl that is trying to figure out how all this stuff gets put onto my computer when i myself dont even do anything!!!

Sounds like you are referring to unwanted software, popups, alerts, and activities on your machine that you did not intend to cause.
In short, you are most likely dealing with adware/spyware that may have infected your machine.
If this is a brand-new machine, you may be getting alerts from various pre-installed "free" offers.
