Is it genuine MS Windows stuff or a con?

Firewall just popped up allow/block choice at me; having investigated, I opted for blocking once. MS does not owe up to it when searched. It might be a clean-up facilitation, but is it? Any knowledge out there, folks?

Researching on Google, rbsolnupdateenu.2.5.1.exe appears to be malware so I would suggest you return to the Malware forum to have your system cleaned as you did in September and May 2007.

Please post back and let us know how you go or if you need more help here after your machine is clean.

Did not let it through but will do HijackThis just in case. Thanks for looking into it; the stuff seems to be very fresh going by what Google lists.
