2 problems with computer

My Parents computer is acting up once again and they won't leave me alone until its fixed. There are 2 things going on. 1) When they go to websites they can not see a lot of the pictures or videos that are shows. Lots of websites says to download adobe flash player and first i could not download it from the site and then i found it from a remote site and that still did not fix the problem. 2) Whenever I try updating windows and I restart the computer it takes forever to reboot. If i hit escape during white it is pretty much frozen at the windows screen it says something along the lines of "windows can not update %1 from %2 %1:%2"…the computes runs with windows ME thanks

I notice you posted a HJT log on 17th February and did not complete the instructions from LDTate. That is sad as he gives of his free time to help you and others on this forum.

Furthermore you posted another log on 21st February and have answered the thread yourself which tells accredited Malware volunteers that it has already been answered. I suggest you read these sites to acquaint yourself with the forum rules when posting here on WTT.

Each volunteer on this forum amd most other forums are helping when they have the time, so please note that if you do post another log, make sure you follow along once a Malware expert has answered the thread, and please do not answer it yourself.

While you are waiting for your log to be attended to we cannot help you on this sub-forum. Changing anything after the log is posted is inadvisable, however if you would like help after your log has been cleared feel free to post back and we would be only too happy to help you.
