Hey, My Mcafee picked up that a trojan Pws-legmir-gen.k.dll has infected my machine . The particular file that it has infected is C:\Windows\System32\amvo0.dll The computer just hangs and nothing functions from the startup itself. I've tried rebooting Windows in safe mode and deleting the file, but its hidden - and I can't set the system to show hidden files. It just goes back to - "Do Not Show" every time Do I need to format the PC, or is there something I can do Thanks Aj.
