The changes made by booting into Normal Mode will not undo any of the changes you've made in regards to any of my earlier instructions.

Please press the Start button
Click on Run…
Type in msconfig and press Enter
This will open System Configuration Utility
Under Startup Selection make sure Normal Startup is selected.
Then press OK
You'll be prompted to restart your computer, press Restart

When your computer has restarted you'll get a prompt telling you changes were made and there is a small box at the bottom that if selected will stop these prompts from occurring every time you reboot your computer. Please select it and press OK.

Afterwards please reboot again and let me know if the prompt comes up again.
Now please post a new HJT log.

From now on please refrain from disabling startup entries via the System Configuration Utility. Instead disable the startup at boot of a program through the program itself. Ok well since that problem seems to be cleared up, are you having any other computer problems?

Please save the code below to Notepad and save it as CFScript.txt to your Desktop.

Now please drag CFScript.txt on the ComboFix icon on your Desktop as shown below.
