Hello you wonderful people … usually, life is good and relaxed here in Florida … lately, for about a month, now, i've been more like thanks to (Fios w/Norton) an upgrade … now wondering if it was worth the hassle Upon uninstalling s..Norton, installing Zone Alarm Security Suite and running the first scan, surprisingly, it found a virus it cannot repair, delete or quarantine … after consulting the forum for added knowlege for some time now, as a guest … i finally have to ask for help !!! Any angel who may have some experience dealing with the virus known as … "not-a-virus:downloader.Win32.PopCap.b" —- PLEASE … check the details in the security forum. Am only slightly familiar with removal processes, however, i do follow directions well. Funny thing, we installed ZA on 2 systems w/same OS, yet virus only detected with secondary install Please note: Merely, knowing you folks exist and are willing to share your knowledge is the best blessing yet !!! Hmmm, no sun for a few a days now, only clouds and rain, yet somehow, my brain is still BAKED !!!! Save me, please !!!! Let the sun shine down on … Talk more later … thanks again, Mouse
