I have ran tons of scans with several different scanners. (Norton, AntiSpybot, SperAntiSpyware, Microsoft remover, ext.). They each detect an infection and say they removed them, but every time I open Internet Exployer, I get Adware pop ups. Some of the infections the scans have detected include: RootKit, Trojan.Downloader, BlueAngel, and carp**, lots of others. My system operates good, but I know I'm hijacked. Please Help!

Hi wetstuff

ROOTKIT REVEALER

Please download Rootkit Revealer
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysintern…itRevealer.mspx
(link is at the very bottom of the page)

Unzip it to your desktop.

Click Start >> Control Panel >> User Accounts >> Change the way Users Log on or off and then make sure "Fast User Switching" is un-checked. Restart your computer.

Open the rootkitrevealer folder and double-click rootkitrevealer.exe

Click the Scan button (bottom right)
It may take a while to scan (don't do anything while it's running - leave the PC idle while scanning)

When it's done, go up to File > Save. Choose to save it to your desktop.

Open rootkitrevealer.txt on your desktop and copy the entire contents and paste them here.

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
  • Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt in your reply.

Thanks,

jpshortstuff
