In addition to something hijacking IE, i have something call howiper.exe that Norton detects but can't delete. Microsofts beta anti-adware also picked up and deleted several nasties, a password snatcher and some malware that downloads software/programmes secretly.

As, I am sure is the case with most people, I have run multiple scans with Norton, Ad-aware, Stinger, and Tauscan but I still have the same problems. Below is the log from my hijackthis scan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
