Today I got 6 MG Comcast Internet which worked for a little over 30 minutes after the installer left. After hours of phone calls and messing with the problem it finally became clear that watching any kind of video would produce the problem. It slows down slower than dial-up. Whether news, streaming, already downloaded or whatever. It also became clear that "restarting" the computer would fix the problem "speed" with the internet until the next video encountered.
This problem must have an obvious solution to someone knowlegable but it has me running in circles. I would appreciate any help that I could get.
