Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

I keep getting this error "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services" over an over again. inside it states: szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : upnphost.dll szModVer : 5.1.2600.3077 offset : 0000a755 I've downloaded all kind of things and can't get rid of it. Can anyone help?
