Hi all, I found your website when looking for details on how to delete this new Trojan nightmare as I have just contracted it today. I followed procedures given in another thread and it has seemed to work and my machine is running fine. However, they are all present in the AVG Virus Vault and I can't seem to get rid of them permanently. I was just wondering if this is nothing to worry about and if there is any known way of getting rid of them off my computer for good? Also, I now have loads of 'ghost' looking files all over the place; even when I turn on my external hardrive there is one called 'Recycled' and one called 'System Volume Information' which appear to be of no use though my computer won't let me delete them. I just wondered if they are safe or not? I think this has something to do with the part where you 'Hide protected operating system files'. Any help is much appreciated as I'm not the most computer-cosy person in the world! Cool website by the way. Rhys
