hi,

ok, lots of work to do. i would use the computer as little as possible until its cleaned up.

first we will use hjt, then boot into safe mode to look for and delete some files.

start HJT, click the "Scan" button. check the items below, close any open windows, then click "Fixed checked"

R3 - URLSearchHook: URLSearch Class - {965A592F-8EFA-4250-8630-7960230792F1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cdsm32.dll (file missing)

safe mode part: to reach safe mode you would tap the f8 key during a computer restart, chose the first option from the list: safe mode

you should copy/paste this part into notepad and save it so you can read it in safe mode

to help show all files, you can do this before or after your in safe mode

for xp:
FOr XP: on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok
————————————————–
ok once in safe mode:

do this first:
go to start>run and type in–> services.msc,<–in the list of services that comes up look for>>Command Service

right click on it and select properties.
under the general tab:
the path to the .exe should be: C:\WINDOWS\QW50aG9ueSBQaW5uYXZhaWEsIEpyLg\command.exe
make sure that the service status is: Stopped, if not click the Stop button
and the Startup type is: disabled, if not change it to disable
click apply, then ok

do the same thing for this service:
Network Monitor ( note: iam assumming this is malware, there is a legit network monitor, if you installed this then you dont have to stop the service, in any case we are only stopping it, not removing it)

navigate here: C:\WINDOWS
look for and delete the following if found:
winshow.exe
mrofinu77.exe
io43mvuiw4kj.exe
Gwang.exe
sys03074573131.exe
aPPPATCH (a folder)
fash.exe

navigate to:C:\Program Files
delete the folder: WinAble

dump temps:
go to: C:\Documents and Settings\anthony\Local Settings\Temp\
edit>select all>file delete.

Empty your Temp folders. Go to Start > Run and type:cleanmgr. Windows will scan. When done check these 3 and press *ok* to remove:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

ok still in SAFE MODE: run your anitvirus
————————————————————-
reboot computer normally:

First Stop is here:

ESET online scanner:

http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

uses Internet Explorer only
check "YES" to accept terms
click start button
allow the ActiveX component to install
click the start button. the Scanner will update.
check both "Remove found threats" and "Scan unwanted applications"
click scan
when done you can find the scan log at:C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt
please copy/paste that log in next reply.

Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.

3rd stop is here:
