[Closed] "savetheinformation"

Hi people. I've recently had this thing that has downloaded onto my computer, and by typing the name "savetheinformation" on Google, I have located this Forum. It shows a little blinking exclamation mark on my taskbar and it comes up with some rubbish about "You have a "Black" Door Trojan". I know this is rubbish because avast! Antivirus would warn me if I DID have a virus. Also, my taskbar (the one with start and everything on) keeps disappearing. I don't know if this is to do with this virus thing, but any help as to what the flamin' hell to do would be very much appreciated. Thanks. BTW: I'm only 13 years old and I need to know what to do from the start. Thanks again.
