Hello!
I'm having problems downloading and opening some web pages, I've tried to run the speed test which says that my internet connection works just fine downloading at 2Mbps but when I try to download any type of file or program the connection is very slow (15Kbps) and the same happens when loading some web pages. Yesterday while I was online suddently a blu screen has appeared and the computer switched off and restarted automatically….I'm pretty sure there something bad on my laptop…I've already tried to run Drweb-cureit and AVG spyware but nothing harmful was detected….PLEASE HELP!!!
