Hmmm  That is interesting. I don't think it is Tea Timer that is bringing those back. But you have 3 other real time Spyware protections running (which is overkill anyway). Looks like SAS, AVG, and Prevx. I wonder if it's one of those? Also, did you reboot right after running HJT the first time to see if the entries came back, before re-enabling Tea Timer? Why don't you try disabling all your spyware protection and fix those items. REBOOT, and check to see if they come back.
Yeah, SSD is the problem: I disabled all my protection, fixed the items, rebooted, ran a log and items were gone. Then re-enabled Teatimer and it came up with a few allow / deny messages: winable.exe and cilttncb.dll - which I denied. Then reran HJT and the entries were back.

I've now unistalled SDD and redid evertything - rebooted and see log below:

Ya when you denied the changes that actually denied the changes with HJT, which brings back those items. It kind of works in reverse here, normally you would want to deny any malicious changes, but in this case you needed to allow the changes for HJT. Either way, looks like you got them. Good job.

Looks good, any other issues? How's it running?

I would recommend, if you haven't already done so, updating and running a full system scan with both your Kaspersky and AVG Antispyware, letting them fix or quarantine anything they find. If all is well after that then…

Remove any and all tools that were used during the fix.

You have excellent Malware protection in place now, in addition to updating and running your current protection you may want to consider adding the following:

Install SpywareBlaster - SpywareBlaster will added a large list of programs and sites into your Internet Explorer settings that will protect you from running and downloading known malicious programs.
A tutorial on installing & using this product can be found here:
Using SpywareBlaster to protect your computer from Spyware and Malware

Install SpywareGuard - SpywareGuard provides a real-time protection solution against spyware that is a great addition to SpywareBlaster's protection method.
A tutorial on installing & using this product can be found here:
Using SpywareGuard to protect your computer from Spyware and Malware

Use IESpy-Ad -
IESpy-Ad will block access to malicious websites so you cannot be redirected to them from an infected site or email. Instructions for set up and use can be found at the website.

Update all of your Anti-Malware programs regularly - Make sure you update all the programs I have listed and the ones you are currently running regularly. Without regular updates you Will Not be protected when new malicious programs are released.

Here is a great link to a post here on securing your PC after an attack.
