Hi
How are you?
I tried to fix this computer with the self help section but I got stuck here: "Please set up the program as follows:
• Click the Shield icon at the top and under Resident shield is… click active. This should now
change to inactive" because I used up my free version which I have been using, a few days ago so now I cant inactivate the shield. Anyway, in scanning the AVG Anti Spyware everyday, it was coing up with up to 170 infections per day which always came back if deleted. My Ebay account was 'hijacked' last night and I then had to change heaps of passwords…so now I think its time to fix it all. The computer is daily slowing down also, with pages sluggishly opening etc. Thanks a lot. Belinda
