hello, last little bit my computer has been slow, internet explorer keeps shutting down, and some areas cant get into anymore.
I hope someone can help me figure this out.

My name is Dave. I would be glad to take a look at your log and help you with solving any malware problems. HijackThis logs can sometimes take a while to research so please be patient and I'd be grateful if you would note the following:
  • I will working be on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.

I suspect from your HJT log and the description of your issues this may be an AWF infection. So let's check for that first.

Download FindAWF:

Save the file to the Desktop
Double-click the FindAWF icon.

If a Security Alert shows, allow the program to run.
As instructed, press any key to continue.
Use the following option: Press 1 then Enter to scan for bak folders
The scan may take a while, please be patient.

When done, a text file, Find AWF report is produced that we need to look at.
Please post it in your reply.
