My Internet Explorer constantly closes because of errors, system becomes very slow, unable to complete a full system restore and also CPU will shut down and restart.

Please disable Teatimer, it can interfere with the cleaning process.

on the Teatimer icon in the system tray and "exit".

Then do this:

How to Disable Teatimer

After we have cleaned your system, please be sure to reverse this process, and re-enable Teatimer.

Please download FixWareout from one of these links:
Fixwareout.exe
Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

* Run Fixwareout on the desktop.
* Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
* The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
* You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
* Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
* Once the desktop loads a text will open (report.txt). We'll need that in a bit.

"Copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread.

Also open this file with Notepad:

C:\fixwareout\report.txt

And paste it's contents into your next post.

Fix this with HijackThis!:

O23 - Service: System Idle Service (sysidleserv) - Unknown owner - c:\windows\system32\adprot.exe (file missing)

Copy the text in the following quote box into Notepad:

sc stop sysidleserv
sc delete sysidleserv


Save it to your desktop as ff.bat

Now, the ff.bat file on the desktop. A DOS window will open/close.

Reboot, and post a new HijackThis! log.

It seems to be running pretty good, but last night I did run into a problem when my internet explorer froze and stopped responding like 5 times, matter a fact I couldn't click on anything, I had to shut it down every time with the power button to restart the CPU.

Also I noticed a new error every time I restart the CPU, the error says:

IEXPLORE.EXE-Application Error
The instruction at "0x69b16efb" referenced memory at "0x00000024". The memory could noy be "read".

Then it says click OK to terminate, I click OK but I have to click it a couple of times before it goes through.

It pops up every time I restart. the CPU.

And about the Yahoo toolbar which appears in the hijackthis log, I dont recall downloading the yahoo toolbar at all, it just appeared one day. Is it possible it could have been installed with something else that was downloaded? And would it effect anything if deleted from the hijackthis log?

And one more thing, I have alot of programs installed to help proect my CPU and was curious if any of these programs would conflict with eac other?

3- Ad-Aware SE Personal
4- CCleaner
5- Windows Defender
6- Defender Pro System Utilities

I've not heard of this one:

6- Defender Pro System Utilities

None of the others should conflict.

You should be able to remove the Yahoo tool bar via "Add/remove programs".

While you're in there, maybe you'll try this.

It seems to me I remember the Google Toolbar causing the Iexplore error.

If you're game for it, I'd like you to uninstall it to see if it solves your problem.

Remeber to reboot after uninstalling to complete the uninstallation.

I deleted the yahoo toolbar & restarted the CPU, and what do you know, no error!!! your good! your real good! thanks! Everything is going good so far except for the occassional Internet Explorer error which closes my browser, it has something to do with an error occurring with the Flash 9 add on.
