Spybot S&D is unable to remove this after 2 attempts. Neither Ad-Aware, no Pest Patrol have detected this. I have yet to perform an antivirus scan using Avast! Pro Edition on this matter.

EDIT: I've used Avast! Virus Cleaner and has detected no known viruses but I still get frequent pop-ups.

Here is the following HJT log. I appreciate for any advice on what to do next:

I've decided to manually move and rename the files associated with the Smitfraud-C spyware and rescan the system using PestPatrol, Ad-Aware, and Spybot SD. So far, I have not noticed any more pop-ups from my computer nor experiencing any other problems. Therefore, I consider this topic closed. If there is any more advice on this matter, feel free to email me. Thank you.
