Hi,

This is from a friends computer. He has been having trouble with pop ups and freezing. I sent him here to get hijack this. Here is his log. Thanks !

Welcome to the fourm, lets do a few things.

Go to your Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel and see if you can uninstall both these programs. These are part of a Hotbar infection.

Open Hijackthis to Scan Only, close all open windows including this one , place a checkmark in the following entries and click on Fix Checked.

Delete both these folders and one file
C:\Program Files\ShoppingReport
C:\Program Files\SpamBlockerUtility
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pisgfwob.exe

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post the Combofix log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

When you post a Hijackthis log, do it this way please as i need to see the whole thing.

Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File, it will open in Notepad
Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
Go to Edit> Select All…..Edit > Copy and Paste the new log into this thread by using the Post Reply and not start a New Thread.

I need to see the Combofix log and a new HJT log please
