Hi Tammy,

Welcome to the forums, my name is Dave.

Unfortunately, that "software" is bogus. It's made by Defenza antispyware software. This software displays false positives and exaggerated results requiring you to purchase the software in order to fix anything. Not sure if there's any way to get your money back but I'll try and help solve your issues, and recommend some safe, FREE, alternatives.

If possible, you should try and remove it using Add or Remove Programs.

Go to Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the following if present.
Click Start > Control Panel > Double Click Add or Remove Programs:

SpyErazer

If it's not there or won't uninstall for some reason do the following:

Run HijackThis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on this:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PCDAS] C:\Program Files\SpyErazer\pcd-as.exe /10003

Then close all windows except this one and press Fix checked.

Using Windows Explorer delete the folder:

C:\Program Files\SpyErazer

Do you have any idea what this is?

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SmileboxTray] "C:\Documents and Settings\Tammy Barnes\Application Data\Smilebox\SmileboxTray.exe"

Let me know how you make out and how it's running.
