Hello all,

First, thank you for reading this and attempting to help me. I am at my wits end related to my Toshiba Satellite laptop. It has been running slowly for some time now. I have tried, defraging it, disk cleanup, Ad Aware, Spybot, and Microsoft malicious software. According to these programs, my machine is clean. But my CPU is running at 100% with no running programs. I thought I'd try Hijact this and here is my log. Any help would be appreciated. I am running is "Safe Mode", so I am unsure if this captures all the critters that are on it.
