[Resolved] Hijacked computer

yes i am connecting through a resedential gateway device and it makes sense because when i took it to a computer repair shop the problem didnt occour because he was on different internet connection im gonna have to talk to the blokes who run uni internet and they are gonna be majorly pissed off.
