In Device Manager — Do you show (2) two Video Adapters? (two instances of ATI Radeon X300 (RV370) )
If you do, uninstall both of them and freshly install just one.

I tried uninstalling the ati radeon, problem is i cant find it. I went to my computer, right click, manage. Under device management, i cant find the video thingy. I tried uninstalling the "?" ones but those dont seem to help.
