hi..somehow, a program called kazaa, which appears to be a 'file sharing' program has been installed on my pc, most likely by one of the kids. i have tried to remove it on the programs list. i have already removed all of the other files affiliated with kazaa, but canot seem to get the main file off. when itry to remove it i get a messgae saying to close all running programs and check my internet connection. i did and it still doesn't work. i use windows xp. gateway notebook. i also use computer associates (ca) anti virus & anti spyware. someone please help!!

Many folks have had similar difficulty.
There is a utility appropriately called "KazzaaBeGone"
I'll see if I can get a link to it for you.

Since you apparently started to remove Kazzaa "piecemeal", you may not be entirely successful with "KazzaaBeGone" but it will be a good start.

We can do follow-up after you use it.

I'll be right back, hopefully with a link.

Best Regards

Edit: Here ya go......... next last item on the page
