[Resolved] Wrong

nope.. did everything you suggested.. ran the process explorer to see if anything was running. deinstalled about 25 gigs worth of programs… i have alot of files like music and text documents. could having so many slow it any?

No, not unless you are running out of disk space. I think the best and fastest way for you to resolve this is for us to first check out what Antivir is complaining about, then for you to speak to the experts in the Other computer problems forum here at WhatTheTech. They are very good at handling this type of thing, but we first need to make sure that you're clean:

Please do this:
Delete ComboFix.exe and gmer.zip/gmer.exe from your Desktop, also delete this folder:
C:\QooBox

Then do a full system scan with Antivir. If it detects anything, please post the Antivir scan log for me to review.

did as you asked and nothing was found.. ill move my problem to the other thread thanks alot for helping me through this.. you were a massive help
