Hi,
Sorry to hear of the problems with your computer.

You may have some undesirable elements and a lack of updates present on your machine and it would be best to take the detailed advice of a malware removal expert to analyse your log, determine the exact undesirable elements present and by following their detailed instructions remove them.

We don't analyse HJT logs here on this forum but if you go here:
http://forums.tomcoyote.org/HijackThis_Log…emoval_f27.html
and post a new log (don't use the one you posted here as there is a line missing) then an expert will review your log as soon as possible.
Sometimes the highly skilled malware removal experts are often snowed under by the sheer number of folks asking for their detailed advice and help, so if you can, please be patient and they will get to your post as soon as they can. (Although I know its tough when you are having problems.)

One thing that you can do to help expedite a reply from the malware removal experts is to resist the temptation to make a follow up post in that forum once you have posted your HJT log. (The malware removal experts look first at unanswered posts so if you follow up it shows as a "reply" and they might think you are already being helped by a colleague.
Once your machine has been declared clean by the malware expert, please post back here in this forum if you are still having issues with your machine and we will do our best to help.

One final point, please don't immediately try and update your Java or install the Service pack 2 update until instructed to by your malware removal expert.
Regards
paws
