'trusted Sites' In Iexplorer

I have noticed that at some point, a virus/spyware/adware etc inserted a website into my Trusted Sites in explorer. I have tried removing it in explorer, and HJT but it just comes back. I even tried entering it as a Restricted Site but it won't allow that as long as it is in the Trusted Sites. Any suggestions?? Thanks Carl
