OK, LDTate,
Sorry for leaving this topic too long, I was busy for the whole week.
I just found the way to fix the problem.
You suggested to make a change in the registry like this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\Prefixes\www
I tought that the problem was about neither http (protocol) nor www (dns).
Then something crossed in my mind: there should not any Prefixes !
Then I deleted all value in Default row:
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\Prefixes
Name: (Default)
Type: REG_SZ
Data: [[…blank - delete everything here…]]
After that, I restarted computer, and there was a pop-up yelled a file missing to the start-up program.
I uninstalled the related program (finger-scan), scanned registry to find any value that referred to the program, restarted computer dan installed it again.
Wholla… everything has been fixed!
I think this is the final answer to my problem.
Many thanks to all your help.
