[Resolved] Help me please! Blue screen of death, trojan, Male

Time with no Responses or help yet: 3 days, 10+ hours.
UPDATE: I suspect combofix or AVG is causing me to get this error. When i ran one of those two the BSOD'S Began.

Hello, First of all id like to tell you what i running on.

Operating System: Compaq Presario
Microsoft windows Xp
Home edition VER. 2002
Service Pack 3 (SP3)
AMD Sempron ™ 3000+
2.00 ghz, 448MB of RAM

My computer get's a blue screen of death (BSOD) when i boot my computer normally. im getting this code
"PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"
" *** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xe28F5000, 0x00000000, 0xF76BE8D6, 0X00000001)"
The only way i can get on is through safe mode. I'm posting this through safe mode(with networking)
The MAIN PROBLEM is this BSOD when i try to boot my computer normally.

The story:
My computer was infected with alot stuff. So i got AVG Pro and that deleted allot of the bad stuff! Such as vundo Dll files trojans etc etc. But not everything! That lead to me to this….
The bad part:
The 'blue screen of death' "MAY" have began after used Combofix in my frustration, with out having any knowledge of it. (I'm an idiot.) It did get rid of allot of things though. For example my Taskmanager would be disabled, now it isn't. And my explorer.exe would shut off and on in a endless loop.
Here's exactly what i did with Combofix, Saved it to my C:\ drive and ran it through there.
Now AVG or malwarebyts' isn't picking up anything but i know somethings up.

Please help me fix this… I really am down to my last jelly bean here. Going crazy.
I'm praying you can help me solve this terrible situation I'm in.

Side note- My Cd/dvd drive does not work.

I don't think you posted the whole log but do this anyway.

Copy/paste the text in the Codebox below into notepad:

Here's how to do that:
Click Start > Run type Notepad click OK.
This will open an empty notepad file:

Take your mouse, and place your cursor at the beginning of the text in the box below, then click and hold the left mouse button, while pulling your mouse over the text. This should highlight the text. Now release the left mouse button. Now, with the cursor over the highlighted text, right click the mouse for options, and select 'copy'. Now over the empty Notepad box, right click your mouse again, and select 'paste' and you will have copied and pasted the text.

When you reboot this time, use Normal Mode if you can.

Copy/paste the text in the Codebox below into notepad:

Here's how to do that:
Click Start > Run type Notepad click OK.
This will open an empty notepad file:

Take your mouse, and place your cursor at the beginning of the text in the box below, then click and hold the left mouse button, while pulling your mouse over the text. This should highlight the text. Now release the left mouse button. Now, with the cursor over the highlighted text, right click the mouse for options, and select 'copy'. Now over the empty Notepad box, right click your mouse again, and select 'paste' and you will have copied and pasted the text.

Copy/paste the text in the Codebox below into notepad:

Here's how to do that:
Click Start > Run type Notepad click OK.
This will open an empty notepad file:

Take your mouse, and place your cursor at the beginning of the text in the box below, then click and hold the left mouse button, while pulling your mouse over the text. This should highlight the text. Now release the left mouse button. Now, with the cursor over the highlighted text, right click the mouse for options, and select 'copy'. Now over the empty Notepad box, right click your mouse again, and select 'paste' and you will have copied and pasted the text.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

While running ComboFix a window Popped up saying AVG found these viruses or trojans, idk. And asking to remove them.. I tried to wright them down, The window closed it self before i could though. Other then that everything is going smooth.

Also Combofix did not reboot my computer this time.

No, i did not reboot. Combofix usually does it, this time it did not though. Any ways, I'll Reboot now. BRB.

Ok i rebooted my computer. Everything went normally Nothing Popped up like when Combofix reboots my computer. Just the stuff on Tray. The last Combofix scan i did gave me the log with out any reboot.

  - Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
  - When all these settings have been made, click on the OK button.
  - If it prompts you as to whether or not you want to save the settings, press the Yes button.
- Next press the Apply button and then the OK to exit the Internet Properties page.
Update your AntiVirus Software - It is imperative that you update your Antivirus software at least once a week
(Even more if you wish). If you do not update your antivirus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.
Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer.
Without a firewall your computer is succeptible to being hacked and taken over.
I am very serious about this and see it happen almost every day with my clients.
Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.
Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently - It is important that you visit http://www.windowsupdate.com regularly.
This will ensure your computer has always the latest security updates available installed on your computer.
If there are new updates to install, install them immediately, reboot your computer, and revisit the site
until there are no more critical updates.
Update all these programs regularly - Make sure you update all the programs I have listed regularly.
Without regular updates you WILL NOT be protected when new malicious programs are released.

Only run one Anti-Virus and Firewall program.
