Well after following these steps, I ran Spybot again to see if anything came up and sure enough something did come up but not the Zlob.dnschanger. I cleaned up with Spybot and restarted the computer and ran Spybot once more. It appears my computer is clean. So thank you for helping me. If something were to arise again I will be back. :wavey:

2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
5) Restart your computer.

We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.

Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.

After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.
