Then afterwards, Norton stopped working. I got two different errors:
A necessary file could not be loaded: PIF: AlertEng.dll

and
Unexpected error Auto Protect

I have a small feeling my dear husband might have went to a webpage or opened an e-mail he shouldn't have. I have pasted my HJT log below. Any help is greatly appreciated!
BTW - My computer is less than 4 months old.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium. Spysweeper and Norton came pre-installed on it, via Circuit City.At the present time - neither Spysweeper nor Norton AV are up & running.
